Inadvertently, I arrived for my scheduled appointment on the wrong date. I live 2 hours away from the Newberg Dealership. Kody, who handled my appointment, was so generous and professional. He was able to have my vehicle serviced that day. I was so thankful.

Service advisor was fantastic

Cory at the service desk was excellent. He is very customer focused! However, the person who changed the oil spilled oil on the pan under the engine which in turn leaked on to my garage floor. On my return trip they pulled the bottom cover and cleaned the mess up.
