I came in for a diagnosis for a missfire, and was charged 2 hours of labor for only two cylinders to be compression tested (this takes 30 minutes tops) in finding that cylinder 2 had low compression they scoped it to find a burnt valve no proof shown. (Another 15 minutes of work) I decided to wait on repairs and asked for pictures of burnt valve along with a quote for work required to fix valves. When I arrived to pick up my car the next day the service department had lost all paperwork and after 15 minutes waiting they finally found my key and printed one brief page stating what they did as explained above. This was completely overpriced work and a terrible paperwork prosses full of broken promises.
